504 and SBA 7a Loans for Non Flagged and Flagged Hotels or Owner Occupied Properties

Commercial Real Estate Conventional Programs

Our conventional loans are perfect for owner occupied real estate and stabilized investment. Our rates are as low as 3.75% with the possibility of LTV’s that are as high as 75%. We offer amortizations of 30 years with terms up to 10 years. CMBS Loans for Flagged Hotels and Commercial Real Estate 

A CMBS loan is backed by commercial properties that are pooled and then put into a special type of trust. A series of bonds are issued by the trust and sold to various investors at a low interest rate with terms up to 10 years and an amortization of 30 years with the ability to cash out. Properties included are offices, retail spaces, multifamily homes, single tenant credit, franchised hotels, and anchored or unanchored shopping centers. Loan amounts range from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000.

Mezzanine and Equity Financing
